headspace SM WEEKLY Social Group: Connections

Hi friends! We are excited to announce Connections will now be our ongoing weekly social group at headspace South Melbourne!

This is a FREE event for young poeople aged 16-25, every Thursday 3:30-5:30pm at 329 Dorcas St, South Melbourne.

You are most welcome to attend and/or bring friends or a support person.

We ask that you fill out this form before attending OR on the day of attending. It will help us with preparing snacks for everyone and of course keeping you all safe.

We will be kicking off on Thursday 9th of July, hope to see you there.
